What is it?

After we receive your booking, we will contact you for further information concerning your required Post Production Inspection and the inspection requirements. Following confirmation of all required data, we will contact your supplier to make the arrangements for our visit and the Post Production Inspection. All inspections are then performed according to ISO-2859 sampling plans and I final report will be provided to you following the completion of the Post Production Inspection.

What if my order includes more than one item?
That’s fine. As long as we can complete the job in one day for a single inspector, there are no additional charges.

What if my job requires more than one inspector day?
After we receive your order, we will contact you to prepare an inspection plan. If during our discussions with you we determine that more time is required based on your needs, we will prepare a bill for the additional work requirements.

What happens if the order fails?
If the order fails our inspection, you should communicate our result to your supplier and request them to make fixes. Then if you require it, you can book a secondary inspection to verify the necessary fixes have indeed been made.

Why do the costs differ greatly depending on the region?
Because we do not outsource our work to third party inspection companies, we travel from Hong Kong to the job sites. As a result, costs can vary depending on transport mode to the destination, typical accommodation rates in the area, etc.

Why don’t you use third party inspection companies?
Although INSPIRE Sourcing Limited was established in 2006, we’ve been in this business since 2003. Based on our experiences and conversations with the various suppliers we work with, we ONLY trust ourselves to do the job.
